with a mantle from the 1700s and stained glass windows that keep with the Victorian style design.

library features custom doors and an attached fireplace that is shared with the living area. The mantle for the fireplace is

from a plantation in South Carolina from the civil war. It has a spacious layout and the bookcases were custom made in Spain.

The location of the library was positioned away from the rest of the house specifically for a tranquil

atmosphere.

BEDROOMS - MASTER BEDROOM - The entrance to the master bedroom features doors that were custom designed

and had carved out of wall panels from England. Oil chandeliers that were wired for electric and an antique frame around the

mirror. The fixtures in the bathroom are all made from gold. The ceilings in the master bathrooms were both hand painted and

the room features a gas fireplace.

BEDROOM 1 (CASTLE ROOM) - The theme behind this room is a castle ambiance. The room

features an antique chandelier and some of the fixtures, especially the swan are gold plated.

BEDROOM 2 (SLEEPING

BEAUTY) - The room was designed to make a person feel as though they were outside. All 4 doors are antique from

France.

BEDROOM 3 (MODERN) - This bedroom features a glass exterior door from Philadelphia and the doors in the

bathroom and closets are custom made. The theme behind this room was a modern look that separates itself from the

house.

BEDROOMS IN MAID QUARTERS - All antique doors, with a sitting area and a shared bathroom. The maid quarters

features a small living room area with a full service kitchen. Bedrooms are located next to children playroom and work

area.

GYM/MASSAGE ROOM - The gym features a custom built gym floor designed for aerobic exercise with springs beneath

the flooring and a railing along the wall. In addition the massage room is conveniently located next to gym and features a
